  • What are the check-in and check-out times?

    Our standard check-in time is 3PM , and check-out time is 11AM. If you require early check-in or late check-out, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

  • Can you store my bags before I check-in or after I check out?

    Yes, we have storage available. Let the receptionist know before your day of arrival or when you arrive. We will only be responsible for your luggages for less than 24 hours in our storage. 

  • How can I modify or cancel my reservation?

    If you need to modify or cancel your reservation, please refer to the confirmation email you received or contact our staff directly. Please note that any modifications or cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions of your booking.

  • Is breakfast included in the room rate?

    Yes, free continental breakfast for our direct-booking guests!

  • Do you provide airport shuttle service?

    We do not offer airport shuttle service.

  • What is the minimum age required to check-in?

    You must be 21 or older to book a room and check-in. Please note that for security purposes, you will be asked to provide a valid government or state-issued photo ID at check-in.
