Hotel Policies

At our hotel, we strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all our guests. To ensure a smooth and pleasant stay, we kindly ask you to review and adhere to the following hotel policies:

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time: 3:00 PM

Check-out time: 11:00 AM


*Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Guarantee Policy

All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. If you're booking on behalf of someone else, you must contact the hotel directly, at least 48 hours prior to arrival, to arrange third party billing. 

Cancellation Policy

Cancel by 3:00pm EST, 1 day prior to arrival, to avoid being charged first night's room and tax. 

Smoking Policy

Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the Hotel, including in the guest rooms. There will be a minimum $250 cleaning charge assessed if it is determined that there was smoking in the guest room during your reservation period.

EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECKOUT

Rooms may not be available until after the reserved hotel's designated check-in time. Early check-in is extended complimentary based on availability. The late checkout fee varies, depending on the time of day. If a room is not available upon early arrival or we cannot extend your requested late checkout, our staff will be happy to store your luggage.

Noise and Disturbance

We kindly ask all guests to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment. Please keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during quiet hours designated between [9pm to 6am].

Maximum Occupancy

Each room has a maximum occupancy limit for safety and comfort reasons. Please ensure that the number of guests does not exceed the specified limit for your selected room type.

Pet Policy

We have a strict no-pets policy, with the exception of service animals as defined by applicable law. Please contact us if you have any questions or require further clarification regarding our pet policy.

Damage Property

The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves or any person for whom they are responsible.

Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy. By staying at our hotel, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal information as outlined in our privacy policy.

Liability

The hotel is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur on the premises, including but not limited to personal injuries, theft, or loss of personal belongings. Please note that as a hotel, we may have specific policies and limitations compared to larger hotels.
